DESCRIPTION:
New Haven Clock Co., a marble and bronze clock, limited production, using the heavy cast moldings used earlier on the "Tile" model, 8 day, time and strike, c1890
CONDITION:
this is a large and heavy clock in overall very good original condition. The bronze has a "cast-in" pattern similar to what was used by Tiffany Studios and Caldwell. The yellow-cream-gray variegated marble is in good condition. Chris Bailey has seen a lot of clocks, and this is the first of these he has ever seen. Porcelain dial is excellent. Ht 9"
